Sunflower Vedic School was established with the blessings of H.H. Sadguru Sri Sri Sri Sai Kumar Babaji, the founder of Sai Geetha Ashram and Vyadhi Nivarana Ashram. As a benefactor of mankind, Sadguruji’s vision is to promote human and ethical values in students and make this School a temple of learning with a Soul. To prepare each child for a better and noble life, Sadguruji believes in ” True Education ” which draws, nurtures and brings forth the hidden talent in every child and helps him sustain his equilibrium in the flow of life. Under the benign guidance of Sadguruji, Sunflower Vedic children can have an personal interaction with fine nuances of oneness.

With her contagious smile and oodles of energy, Dr.Ms. Saritha Kumar the Founder Principal of Sunflower Vedic School, envisages with an aim to provide holistic and progressive education. She ensures that the school provides high quality learning in a very scientifically structured, positive and caring environment that meets every child’s need. She supports the teachers, is reflective and provides high standards for performance. She also creates a sense of trust, an environment where teamwork is valued and has a commitment to the organization. With her gut instinct, empathy and experience help to bring reformation, restoration and rejuvenation to the school and its staff.
She instills confidence and autonomy and personal ownership of the teaching task in the staff so everyone is working for the same goal – the quality education of every child. Her belief in the importance and benefits of well-rounded, accomplished children is actively demonstrated in her strong support of music/artistic programs, intramural and inter school sports activities. Extremely spiritual in her outlook believes that human virtues is above all religions. As a Physician, she renders her services in treating the sick and the ailing, and also guides them to practice yoga and holds regular meditation campus. With her undaunted services, she excels in courage, fortitude and patience. An eloquent speaker whose discourses are most suitable for the modern minds of today.

The invaluable, an Unassuming, solution focused Ms. Sangeetha Raghuram – M.A, M.B.A, B.Ed believes education is a partnership with students, teachers, parents and administration. She is supportive and enthusiastic about the achievements and innovations of staff and students. Her positive approach to learning and to challenges fosters a ‘can do’ philosophy within the school and enhances a positive school climate and learning atmosphere. She displays and promotes original thinking and creativity. She brings out the best in the entire faculty by making marginal teachers better and better teachers the best.
She clearly states goals and expectations for Students, Staff and Parents. She leads teaching and support teams and delegates sensitively, yet firmly and effectively with students’ issues and their potential impact on achievement.
